Success is a relative term. Typically when we think of success we think of financial and physical resources. These resources allow us the luxury of making individual choices. “Having Choices” is precisely how I define success. Choices to do or not do things based on personal preferences rather than financial or physical resources. You see if the resources are not available then you really have noCHOICE.
The area that we will concentrate on here is having success or choices in your physical aspects of your life. What good is it to have the financial resources to enjoy a variety of experiences and not have the physical ability to do so?
Vince Lombardi, legendary coach of the Green Bay Packers, stated that “fatigue makes cowards of us all.” When it comes to our physical health, I feel it is vitally important that we create good habits that will ensure us that we will be able to take advantage of the opportunities that our lives will afford us. Creating these good habits, for the most part, are a matter of choice.
Taking care of your body through good nutrition and regular exercise is paramount.
